Our machines enables our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to increase the production yields, and thus, functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.\nFounded in 2016, we bring together the most creative minds (approx. 380 employees) in science and technology and develop a one-of-a-kind, revolutionary high throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy system.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs Cleanroom Coordinator, you will ensure that cleanroom safety, cleanliness and behavioural compliance are consistently applied in daily operations. You will roll out and maintain Safe Ways of Working (WoW’s), monitor cleanroom standards, manage inventory and goods flow, and act as the go-to person for cleanroom compliance and operational discipline.\nMain responsibilities include:\nDefine, implement, and enforce cleanroom safety practices and controlled-environment procedures\n\nRoll out, train and monitor cleanliness and contamination control standards\n\nDefine, train and enforce gowning protocols and cleanroom hygiene requirements\n\nPolice cleanroom behaviour and intervene when unsafe or non-compliant practices are detected\n\nContinuously observe personnel behaviour and identify risks related to contamination, unsafe actions, or deviation from standards\n\nTrack cleanroom-compatible inventory, including consumables, tools and materials\n\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate reorders with procurement and warehouse teams\n\nControl goods-in and goods-out flows to prevent contamination risks\n\nCoordinate material transfers between warehouse, airlocks and cleanroom zones\n\nPerform routine inspections of personnel, work areas and material handling\n\nRecord non-conformances, maintain compliance logs and follow up on corrective actions\n\nEnsure compliance with chemical safety guidelines, including MSDS awareness and spill response procedures where applicable\n\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\nStartups can provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but can also be a dynamic environment at times.
