Our machines enables our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to increase the production yields, and thus, functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.\nFounded in 2016, we bring together the most creative minds (approx. 380 employees) in science and technology and develop a one-of-a-kind, revolutionary high throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy system.\nRequirements\nWhere you will be working?\nYou work closely together with our Business Architect and departments like, R&D, Supply Chain and Logistics.\nWhat will you be doing?\nAs Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing master data management (MDM) strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization.\nYou will work to define data standards, enforce data governance policies and resolve data-related issues and will act as the data quality and consistency guardian and will lead in master data related projects.\nSome of the important topics that are on your agenda;\nDevelop and implement MDM strategies\nThis includes designing processes, defining data standards, and selecting appropriate technologies to manage master data\n\nEnsure data quality, accuracy, consistency and resolve data-related issues.\nThis involves validating data, identifying and troubleshoot and resolving inconsistencies, and investigate data quality problems, and promoting data governance practices, establish data standard and ensuring data alignment across different systems and departments and stakeholders.\n\nLiaise with stakeholders\n\nThis involves collaborating with business units, IT teams, and other relevant departments to ensure that data management practices are aligned with business needs and objectives\n\nTrain and support teams\n\nThis may involve providing guidance and training on proper data management practices and procedures\n\nBuild and contribute to data governance policies\n\nThis includes participating in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures\n\nLead in data projects\n\nThis may involve leading data transformation projects, new tool implementations, and other initiatives related to data management.\n\nWhy is the position interesting for you?\nYou will play a key role in setting up a master data governance structure and the quality of our master data.\n\nHigh appreciation from the organization for your expertise;\n\nLots of freedom how to execute your job;\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nScale-ups can provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but can also be a hectic environment at times.
