What you'll do
You'll lead campaign delivery across North America and ANZ, translating global digital strategy into live pipeline.
That means:
- Orchestrating campaigns across LinkedIn paid, Google Ads, programmatic display, email, events, webinars and ABM, from agency briefing through to creative trafficking and pre-launch QC
- Partnering with Marketing Automation to keep UTM governance and Salesforce campaign mapping accurate
- Interrogating funnel, conversion and attribution data to find what's working and what isn't, then acting on it
- Reporting funnel performance to the business with clear commentary on what needs to evolve
- Managing day-to-day agency relationships, holding partners to agreed deliverables, timelines and performance benchmarks
- Acting as the operational bridge between agency output and internal stakeholder expectations
About you
- You're technically fluent across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Marketo, Salesforce and 6Sense or a comparable ABM tool
- You've got deep technical platform experience and want to build capability, not just run business as usual
- You're analytical and solutions-focused, and stakeholders trust your read on the numbers
- You work with agencies as a peer, giving clear briefs and pushing back when output doesn't meet the standard
- You understand how brand, product, growth and digital marketing connect to accelerate pipeline
- You use AI and MCP to build workflows and interrogate data as standard practice
- You're organised, deadline-driven and genuinely care about how campaigns move the needle
What you'll bring
- 5-7 years leading campaign delivery and hitting pipeline targets in B2B SaaS digital roles
- Strong track record executing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads and programmatic
- Experience building and managing ABM programmes, ideally on 6Sense, connecting account-level signals to campaign strategy
- Demonstrated ownership of analytics and performance optimisation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business; MiniMBA in Marketing a bonus
- Experience across North America and ANZ simultaneously is a plus
Ways of working
This role is based in our Headquartered Sydney office. Because you'll be orchestrating campaigns across North America and ANZ, you'll need to be available for regular collaboration with our North America based teams and agency partners.
