Working in partnership with the Brand and Content team and collaborating with marketing and GTM teams across regions, you'll bring our value proposition to life through design that resonates with our audiences.\nYou'll lead the creation of visual identities and digital and print design assets that support Growth Marketing campaigns and Nearmap's brand initiatives; driving brand awareness, leadership, and engagement. Your expertise and design leadership will elevate the creative output and build a culture of excellence and innovation, distinctive in design.\nYou'll also advocate for strong design culture at Nearmap, working with cross-functional partners to build an efficient design process that keeps our customers at the center of everything we do.\nOwn the creative quality bar across every campaign and brand touchpoint \nLead visual identity and asset creation for 5 global campaigns, from digital ads to event booths \nKeep brand guidelines airtight across all platforms, working hand-in-hand with digital design \nRun the full design process, ideation to delivery, and manage external designers when work is outsourced \nUse campaign performance data to sharpen creative decisions, not just personal taste \nBuild the bridge between brand and Product Design, shared research, shared UX principles, shared visual language \nPush Nearmap's visual identity forward; templates, guidelines, process, all of it \nBring outside design thinking in - trends, tools, techniques that keep Nearmap ahead \n About You\nTeam Player: You build great things collaboratively and it shows in how you work\nDesign Leader: You improve briefs, challenge thoughtfully, and back decisions with strong design taste\nGenuinely Curious: You stay current on trends, tools, and what other brands are doing\nCreative Problem-Solver: You find solutions others in the room didn't see coming\nDetail-Oriented: You notice kerning, color, and alignment-the things that separate good design from great\nBrand Advocate: You understand that consistency builds trust and protects brand value\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of demonstrated experience designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social (global scope preferred)\nProficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva\nCompetency in motion design and storyboarding, not just static assets\nStrong design fundamentals: typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy\nExpertise in developing and maintaining brand guidelines while knowing when to evolve them\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and external contributors simultaneously\nExcellent cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills\nUniversity degree in design, marketing, communications, or equivalent professional experience\nWe move fast and work smart; often wearing multiple hats.
