The role combines technical program management with practical cybersecurity and technology risk expertise to drive successful integration of acquired products and teams into established Trust programs.\nThe ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Security, Privacy, Risk, Engineering, and Product while translating technical findings and requirements into actionable plans, decisions, and remediation activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Trust integration activities across multiple acquisitions, including project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities across Security, Privacy, Risk, Engineering, Product, and acquired-company teams.\nSupport cybersecurity and Trust assessments by gathering information, documenting findings, identifying gaps, and coordinating follow-up activities.\nTranslate security findings and requirements into clear priorities, remediation plans, owners, and timelines.\nTrack security risks, vulnerabilities, remediation commitments, and other Trust integration activities through completion.\nFacilitate technical working sessions, status meetings, and decision-making discussions across business and technical stakeholders.\nIdentify blockers, risks, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution or appropriate escalation.\nMaintain accurate program documentation and provide concise status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.\nGuide acquired teams through applicable Trust and security requirements.\nAnalyze program challenges and identify opportunities to improve Trust M&A processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.\nDrive progress across teams without direct authority by establishing accountability, maintaining visibility, and following through on commitments.\nMust-Have Skills\n4+ years of experience in project management, program management, cybersecurity, technology risk, or a combination of these areas.\nExperience managing cross-functional technical projects involving engineering, security, or technology teams.\nWorking knowledge of cybersecurity and technology risk concepts, including vulnerability management, application security, cloud security, and security risk assessment.\nAbility to understand technical security findings and translate them into actionable project activities, risks, and decisions.\nExperience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive progress across teams without direct authority.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to operate effectively in an environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.\nNice-to-Have Skills\nExperience supporting mergers and acquisitions, technology integrations, or similar cross-functional initiatives.\nExperience supporting cybersecurity assessments, risk assessments, vulnerability management, or security remediation activities.\nFamiliarity with application security, cloud or SaaS security, SecOps, or DevSecOps concepts.\nExperience working with SaaS or cloud-based products and engineering teams.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or similar project management tools.\nSecurity, risk, or project management certifications are a plus.\nApply now, or share your resume with salary expectations at .
