The successful candidates will possess strong literacy and numeracy skills and will support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. These posts involve working with pupils with Additional Learning Needs within a mainstream secondary school setting. \nThe Successful Candidates Will: \nWork alongside teachers to support pupils' access to learning. \nEstablish positive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and promoting high expectations. \nSupervise and support pupils, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and engagement in learning. \nEncourage pupils to interact positively with others and participate fully in activities led by the teacher. \nAssist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources. \nSupport pupils with a range of additional learning needs. \nUse a person-centred approach to support individual pupils and help them achieve their potential. \nMake detailed reports on individual pupils that receive intervention programmes. \nBe able to undertake Exam Invigilation when required The Ideal Candidates We are looking for individuals who are: \nEnthusiastic about working within a school environment. \nCaring and approachable team players with excellent communication skills. \nAble to work collaboratively with colleagues across the school. \nCapable of working under pressure, prioritising tasks effectively, and maintaining confidentiality. \nConfident in the use of information technology. \nReliable, responsible, and able to work independently using their own initiative. \nPositive, adaptable, and possess a good sense of humour.
