Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nThe role\nWe’re looking for a creative Communications Designer to join our Design team and work with Internal Communications and Employer Branding. We need someone with a point of view who proactively brings ideas, draws inspiration from the best practices of technology companies, and helps us build a distinctive and compelling employer brand.\nYour responsibilities will include: \nCreate visual materials for internal communications and employer branding: presentations, content for social media, our website, internal campaigns, and other digital formats.\nDevelop visual concepts and cohesive design for corporate and recruiting events - from concept to delivery, including spatial design, print, and digital materials.\nDesign employee merch and gifts, bringing original ideas and attention to design, quality, and production.\nDevelop creative concepts and create visual content, including photography and video.\nBuild templates and toolkits that enable other teams to independently produce on-brand materials.\nDevelop and implement AI-assisted workflows to automate recurring design tasks and create materials within the brand system.\nDevelop a consistent visual language for our employer brand across internal and external communications, staying connected to Nebius’s brand identity and finding new ways to evolve it.\nProactively contribute ideas and creative solutions in collaboration with Internal Communications and Employer Branding.\nWe expect you to have: \n5+ years of experience in communication design, internal communications, employer branding, or related fields within technology / IT companies.\nA strong and varied portfolio: campaigns, events, digital, print, merch, presentations, and social media.
