Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nThe role \nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the buildout and operational readiness of our cutting-edge data centers. In this role, you will oversee construction from design review through commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and performance expectations. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities while managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships. This position requires deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, exceptional project management skills, and a proactive mindset to drive operational excellence from the ground up.\nThis position will be based in the Southern Region of United States. Exact location TBD. \nYour responsibilities will include: \n1. Construction & Project Management\nOversee all phases of data center construction, from design review to commissioning and handover.\nCollaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.\nReview design drawings and technical submittals for compliance with company standards and operational requirements.\nManage change control, progress tracking, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.\nParticipate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for key systems such as UPS, chillers, generators, and switchgear.\n2. Coordination with Authorities & Compliance\nServe as the primary liaison with local authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.\nEnsure all permits, licenses, and inspections (e.g., building, fire, electrical, environmental) are completed on schedule.\nMaintain compliance with local codes, safety standards, and data center industry best practices (e.g., ISO, Uptime Institute, TIA-942).\nManage documentation and reporting for occupancy certification and operational approvals.\n3. Operations Readiness & Handover\nLead commissioning activities, ensuring all systems (electrical, mechanical, BMS, security, etc.) are fully tested and validated.\nDevelop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency operating procedures (EOPs) for facility systems.\nTrain operations teams on site-specific systems, monitoring tools, and safety practices.\nEnsure smooth transition from construction to operations with full documentation and warranty records.\n4.
