Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nThe role\nNebius is looking for a Corporate Operational Project Manager to join Corporate Operations within the COO Office at our Amsterdam headquarters. The role focuses on projects and operational processes related to the company’s financing agreements. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization and across global locations to understand agreement-related requirements, translate them into clear plans with defined owners, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinate execution and follow-up. You will maintain accurate documentation of decisions, responsibilities, milestones, and open items, and track whether operational requirements are being addressed. \nThe role calls for hands-on project management experience and an organized, detail-oriented approach. You can set a clear plan and follow it through, while adapting when priorities or requirements change. You are inquisitive, communicate clearly with stakeholders across functions and locations, and document work carefully so that decisions, status, responsibilities, and next steps are easy to understand \nYou’re welcome to work in our offices in Amsterdam.\nYour responsibilities will include: \nProject planning and delivery: Build and maintain project plans, track milestones and dependencies, follow up on actions, and help ensure work is delivered on time. Raise delays or blockers and support the team in agreeing on next steps. \nCross-functional coordination: Work with colleagues across functions and locations to clarify requirements, coordinate contributions, and keep communication clear. \nProcess documentation and improvement: Document workflows, decisions, roles, and procedures. Ask questions to understand how processes work and identify opportunities to make them clearer or more efficient. \nTracking and reporting: Maintain project trackers, records, and status updates.
