Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nThe Role\nNebius is building next-generation data center infrastructure across the APAC to support high-density, GPU-driven workloads. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will support the design, review, and technical development of electrical systems for data centers across the APAC portfolio.\nThis role is ideal for a Data Center Electrical Design Engineer with hands-on data center design experience who can work across conceptual design, design reviews, partner coordination, and technical decision-making. You should be comfortable evaluating both low-voltage and medium/high-voltage electrical systems and helping ensure designs meet Nebius standards, local regulations, and operational requirements.\nResponsibilities\nReview electrical design packages for data center projects, including internal concepts and third-party partner designs.\nSupport development of electrical design concepts for high-density data center environments.\nEvaluate UPS, LV, MV, and HV electrical infrastructure, including systems up to 400V and MV/HV systems around 11kV and above.\nReview cable distribution, electrical pathways, and design coordination with data hall layouts.\nPartner with mechanical, construction, commissioning, and operations stakeholders to ensure designs are buildable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.\nAssess designs for concurrently maintainable data center operations and high power-density environments.\nHelp identify alternative design solutions, product options, and technical tradeoffs.\nRequirements\nData center electrical design experience.\nStrong understanding of electrical systems used in mission-critical or data center environments.\nExperience with LV and/or MV/HV electrical infrastructure.\nAbility to review design documents, technical proposals, and partner deliverables.\nAbility to read and interpret contracts, design requirements, and technical standards.\nStrong communication skills with internal stakeholders, external design partners, and construction teams.\nPractical engineering mindset with ability to think beyond narrow specialization.\nNice to Have\nExperience with hyperscale, neocloud, GPU, or AI infrastructure data centers.\nExperience at companies such as Lambda, CoreWeave, hyperscalers, colocation providers, or mission-critical engineering firms.\nFamiliarity with high-density rack environments, including 50kW to 200kW per rack.\nExperience supporting design reviews through commissioning or operational turnover.\nBenefits & Perks:\nCompetitive compensation\nCareer growth and learning opportunities\nFlexibility and ownership\nCollaborative and innovative culture\nOpportunity to work on impactful AI projects\nInternational environment and talented teams\nWhat's it like to work at Nebius:\nFast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI \nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nNebius is an equal opportunity employer.
