You will be responsible for Incident and Problem management and will work with related departments to solve hardware and firmware issues.\nWe expect that you like to deep dive in processes, finetune and automate them to achieve better service.\nYour responsibilities will include: \nHandle projects around unifying our infrastructure and operational processes\nManage all aspects of IT infrastructure operations, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of support.\nAchieve and keep operational KPIs\nCoordinate between IT infrastructure team and related departments/contractors in Problem and Incident management, optimize processes\nManage Knowledge Base and write technical documentation on service operations\nWe expect you to have: \nKnowledge of data center, server and network equipment\nPractical experience in process design and implementation\nExperience in solving technical problems with data center IT hardware\nExcellent communication skills\nExperience making presentations, charts, diagrams, tables\nData management skills and the ability to find deviations.
