Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nDesign Office Coordinator\nLocation: Amsterdam, Netherlands\n\n Help organise the work that turns ideas into AI infrastructure.\nWe’re looking for a Design Office Coordinator to support Nebius’ mechanical and electrical design teams. You’ll help keep information organised, coordinate design activities and make sure the team has what it needs to move projects forward.\nThis is a junior role for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in engineering and design. It could suit a recent graduate with internship experience, or an administrator looking to build a career in the data centre industry.\nWorking alongside experienced engineers, you’ll gain exposure to the systems that power and cool critical facilities. It’s an ideal stepping stone towards a career in mechanical or electrical critical facility design, with opportunities to build your technical understanding as your experience grows.\nYour role\nYou’ll support the day-to-day coordination of the design office, working with internal engineers, project teams and external design consultants. Your focus will be on organisation, communication and follow-through, while learning how design projects progress from initial requirements through reviews and delivery.\nYour responsibilities will include\nCoordinate design meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and follow up on actions.\nMaintain organised records of drawings, specifications, reports and other design documents, with clear version control.\nSupport design schedules and deliverable trackers, helping the team stay on top of deadlines and outstanding information.\nCoordinate the circulation of documents for review and track comments through to closure.\nHelp engineers gather project information and prepare presentations, reports and design review materials.\nMaintain registers of technical queries, information requests and decisions, directing questions to the appropriate engineer.\nSupport communication between mechanical and electrical engineers, external consultants and wider project teams.\nHelp improve templates, filing systems and everyday processes as the design office grows.\nAs your knowledge develops, assist with straightforward drawing, schedule or technical documentation tasks under an engineer’s supervision.\nWe’re looking for someone with\nApproximately 2-3 years of experience in administration, project support or coordination. Relevant internships and placements can form part of this experience.\nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and the confidence to follow up on outstanding actions.\nClear written and spoken English and a collaborative approach.\nConfidence using everyday office tools, particularly spreadsheets, documents, presentations and shared filing systems.\nA genuine interest in mechanical or electrical engineering, building services and the infrastructure behind AI.\nThe ability to manage several priorities, ask questions early and communicate when something needs attention.\nAvailability to work in Amsterdam.\nA degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services, architectural technology or a related design discipline would be welcome.
