As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting a public company environment by leading the analysis and documentation of complex accounting matters and ensuring high-quality, compliant financial reporting. \nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-evolving AI infrastructure business, where transactions span revenue contracts, large-scale infrastructure investments, strategic financing, and M&A activity. \nYour responsibilities will include: \nPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages for special purpose vehicles (SPVs), ensuring timely and accurate reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and applicable entity requirements \nSupport the consolidation of SPV results into the broader company reporting process and coordinate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal on SPV-related transactions and reporting matters \nMaintain and enhance accounting policies, controls, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for SPVs, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, audit readiness, and scalability \nCoordinate with external auditors on the annual audits of SPVs, including preparation of audit support, management of PBC requests, resolution of audit questions, and evaluation of proposed adjustments \nPrepare and review technical accounting memos and position papers to support accounting conclusions \nSupport the preparation and review of SEC filings (20-F, 6-K), including footnotes and disclosures \nUtilize financial reporting tools (e.g., Workiva or Active Disclosure) to prepare and manage SEC filings and ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting \nPartner closely with Legal, FP&A, Tax, and Operations to evaluate accounting implications of contracts and strategic initiatives \nSupport SOX compliance and enhance internal controls over financial reporting \nDrive improvements in financial reporting processes, documentation, and scalability \nAssist with ad hoc projects related to capital markets activity, M&A, and global expansion \nWe expect you to have: \nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred \n5 - 10 years of experience (Big 4 or national public accounting firm required; public company experience strongly preferred) \nDeep expertise in U.S. GAAP \nExperience with complex transactions such as M&A, financing arrangements, and capital projects \nStrong experience with SEC reporting and financial statement disclosures \nHands-on experience with financial reporting tools such as Workiva or Active Disclosure \nExceptional technical writing skills, including preparation of accounting memos \nAbility to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders \nIt would be an added bonus if you had:\nExperience in AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or high-growth technology companies \nFamiliarity with large-scale infrastructure or hardware-intensive business models \nExperience with NetSuite ERP system \nExposure to international operations and multi-entity structures \nKey employee benefits in the US:\nHealth insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.\n 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.\nParental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.\nRemote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.\nDisability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.\nPay Transparency\nWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
