As we continue to scale as a public company, we are looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join our growing Investor Relations team.\nReporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will support the execution of Nebius’s global investor relations program and help communicate the company’s strategy, financial performance and long-term opportunity to the investment community.\nThis is a highly analytical and cross-functional role with exposure to senior leadership and teams across Finance, Communications, Legal, Strategy, Product, Engineering and Sales. You will help prepare earnings and investor materials, analyze our business and competitive landscape, track investor sentiment and support engagement with current and prospective shareholders.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with intellectual curiosity, excellent communication and an interest in AI, cloud infrastructure and technology markets.\nYour responsibilities will include: \nSupport quarterly earnings preparation, including business and financial analysis, shareholder letters, earnings presentations, management scripts, Q&A materials and supporting data.\nMaintain and develop financial and operating models to analyze Nebius’s performance, business drivers and key operating metrics.\nConduct competitive and industry analysis across AI infrastructure, cloud computing, semiconductors and adjacent technology markets.\nMonitor sell-side research, investor feedback, peer company developments, valuation trends and broader market themes relevant to Nebius.\nPrepare briefing materials for investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows and other investor engagements.\nHelp track investor interactions, shareholder targeting, investor feedback and follow-up actions.\nWork across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and other functions to build a strong understanding of Nebius’s business and translate operating developments into relevant investor insights.\nPartner with Communications, Finance and Legal to ensure consistent and accurate external messaging.\nSupport development of investor presentations, fact sheets, website materials and other IR communications.\nHelp improve IR processes, data infrastructure and reporting, including identifying opportunities for automation.\nDevelop a deep understanding of Nebius’s investor base, investment thesis and the questions and themes driving investor perception.\nWe expect you to have: \n2-4 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment banking, asset management, investor relations, corporate finance or a similarly analytical role.\nStrong financial analysis and modeling skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and valuation.\nInterest in technology markets, with a willingness to develop deep knowledge of AI infrastructure, cloud computing and related industries.\nAbility to synthesize complex financial, business and technical information into clear insights.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational and project-management capabilities.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ or similar platforms is a plus.\nFamiliarity with public-company reporting, SEC requirements and Regulation FD is beneficial but not required.\nWillingness to work across time zones and travel periodically for investor events.\nIt will be an added bonus if you have: \nExperience covering or working with technology, cloud infrastructure, semiconductors, enterprise software or AI-related companies.\nExperience in equity research or on the buy side.\nCFA progress or other relevant financial qualification.\nExperience using data and automation tools to improve analytical workflows.\nKey employee benefits in the US:\nHealth insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.\n 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.\nParental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.\nRemote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.\nDisability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.\nPay Transparency\nWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
