You will join a team that is transforming the People function for the next stage of growth.\nAs a People Program Manager, you will partner with leaders to deliver high-impact programs that shape the employee experience and support organizational growth. You will help design, implement, and scale programs related to performance management, change management, rewards, people operations, and other strategic People initiatives.\nThis role combines program management expertise with strong operational execution.
