This role will support the growth and scalability of the People function by leading HR systems implementations, integrations, and workflow improvements.\nThe ideal candidate combines HRIS expertise with operational HR knowledge and understands how technology capabilities align with real-world People processes. Experience within HR Operations, HRBP functions, or People Systems is highly valued.\nReporting Line\nThis role reports directly to the Head of Projects and Programs (Enterprise Technologies), with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of People Systems.\nThe People Systems team owns the strategy and governance for core HR platforms, while this role is responsible for project execution, delivery, and driving scalable process improvements in partnership with HR stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead HR systems and process improvement projects from planning through rollout\nPartner with People Operations, HRBPs, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and system usage\nTranslate HR business requirements into scalable system solutions and process documentation\nDrive implementation and optimization of HRIS workflows, automations, and integrations\nUse project management tools (e.g., Jira) to manage timelines, priorities, and reporting\nIdentify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardization\nEnsure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across People systems\nManage stakeholder communication, expectations, and adoption across projects\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong experience with HRIS platforms and People systems\nBackground in HR Operations, HRBP, People Systems, or related functions\nExperience managing HR systems implementations or transformation projects\nStrong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR workflows\nAbility to balance business needs with system capabilities and scalability\nExcellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills\nNice to Have:\nExperience with platforms such as Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, or SuccessFactors\nFamiliarity with Jira or similar project management tools\nExperience with workflow automation and process optimization initiatives\nPMP, Scrum Master, or HRIS-related certifications\nBenefits & Perks:\nCompetitive compensation\nCareer growth and learning opportunities\nFlexibility and ownership\nCollaborative and innovative culture\nOpportunity to work on impactful AI projects\nInternational environment and talented teams\nWhat's it like to work at Nebius:\nFast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI \nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nNebius is an equal opportunity employer.
