Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nThe role\nNebius is looking for an execution-focused Project Manager to join the Cyber Security PMO, reporting directly to the Head of PMO under the CISO. You will own the delivery of complex, cross-domain security initiatives from initiation through to full deployment working closely with global stakeholders across Security, IT, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Privacy to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent execution.\nYou’re welcome to work in our offices in Amsterdam, Netherlands.\nYour responsibilities will include: \nProject Management \nLead cross-domain security initiatives through the full project lifecycle from project charter and scope definition through planning, execution, monitoring, and formal closure. \nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts including project plans, work breakdown structures, RAID logs, decision registers, and lessons learned documentation. \nDecompose complex security programs into clearly defined phases, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies ensuring each workstream has a named owner and accountable timeline. \nManage all project tracking, scheduling, and portfolio visibility in Jira, maintaining board hygiene, accurate status, and executive-ready reporting at all times. \nCommunication & Reporting \nProduce consistent, accurate, and concise project status reports for the Head of PMO, CISO, and senior leadership surfacing progress, risks, decisions, and next steps with clarity. \nMaintain a regular reporting cadence across all active projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and equipped to make timely decisions. \nAdapt communication style, depth, and format to the audience from technical engineering teams to executive leadership and global cross-functional partners. \nDocument and distribute meeting outcomes, action items, and decision logs in a timely and structured manner. \nFocal Point for All Project Stakeholders \nServe as the primary point of contact and accountability for all project stakeholders across Security, IT, Engineering, Product, Legal, Privacy, and Finance. \nManage global stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones maintaining alignment, managing expectations, and ensuring no party is out of sync with project status or direction. \nFacilitate structured project governance including kick-off meetings, steering committees, cross-team syncs, and retrospectives. \nBuild and sustain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite executives. \nEnd-to-End Project Execution \nDrive project execution from initiation to deployment and closure maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and delivery outcomes at every stage. \nCoordinate execution across multiple teams simultaneously, ensuring dependencies are identified early, handoffs are clear, and momentum is sustained throughout the project lifecycle. \nProactively monitor delivery progress against baseline plans, forecast deviations before they materialize, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. \nEnsure all project phases are formally initiated and closed with documented approvals, acceptance criteria, and sign-off from relevant stakeholders. \nProblem Solving & Risk Management \nIdentify, assess, and actively manage project risks, issues, and blockers maintaining a structured RAID log and driving mitigation actions to resolution. \nAnticipate cross-team dependencies and organizational friction points ahead of time; broker solutions before they escalate into delivery-impacting issues. \nApply structured problem-solving approaches to unblock teams, resolve ambiguity, and maintain delivery velocity under pressure. \nEscalate critical risks and decisions to the Head of PMO with full context, impact analysis, and a clear recommended course of action. \nWe expect you to have: \n3-5 years of hands-on project management experience with a strong and demonstrable delivery track record in complex, cross-functional environments. \nProven ability to manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and formal project closure. \nDeep proficiency in Jira as the primary project management tool: task and epic management, board configuration, dashboards, reporting, and portfolio tracking. \nStrong project decomposition skills ability to break down ambiguous objectives into structured, executable workstreams with clear ownership and milestones. \nExperience coordinating cross-functional delivery across multiple teams and senior stakeholders simultaneously. \nStrong proactive mindset anticipates risks and blockers, takes initiative, and drives resolution without waiting to be directed. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence engaging global stakeholders across cultures and time zones. \nDemonstrated ability to produce clear, concise executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications. \nStrong technological orientation able to understand systems, architectures, and technical workflows at a sufficient level to manage delivery effectively. \nIt will be an added bonus if you have: \nExperience working within a Cyber Security organization, CISO function, SOC, or GRC environment a significant advantage. \nFamiliarity with security domains such as vulnerability management, identity and access management, endpoint security, or compliance. \nKnowledge of security frameworks or compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, or SOX. \nExperience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery frameworks. \nExperience working with globally distributed teams in a high-growth technology or cloud infrastructure company. \nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. \nBSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. \nBenefits & Perks:\nCompetitive compensation\nCareer growth and learning opportunities\nFlexibility and ownership\nCollaborative and innovative culture\nOpportunity to work on impactful AI projects\nInternational environment and talented teams\nWhat's it like to work at Nebius:\nFast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI \nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nNebius is an equal opportunity employer.
