Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nThe role \nWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Platform Specialist to own the full lifecycle of our enterprise application ecosystem-from evaluation and procurement through deployment, optimization, renewal, and retirement. This role will manage and govern a diverse portfolio of critical platforms, including Slack, Zoom, Miro, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft 365, DocuSign, and other collaboration, HR, finance, security, and AI-driven tools.\nThis is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong ownership, hands-on SaaS expertise, and the ability to independently lead initiatives that improve reliability, scalability, automation, and operational excellence across the enterprise.\nThis is a remote role in US.\n\nYour responsibilities will include: \nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise SaaS applications, from evaluation and procurement to deployment, optimization, renewal, and retirement.\nManage the enterprise application portfolio, including major platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Miro, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and other collaboration, HR, finance, and security tools.\nLead SaaS procurement and vendor management, including contract negotiations, renewals, cost optimization, and license management.\nDrive SaaS testing, onboarding, and rollout, ensuring tools meet business, security, and compliance requirements.\nPartner closely with Security, Legal, Privacy, AI, SOX, and Compliance teams to conduct risk assessments, security reviews, and ongoing audits for all managed tools.\nEvaluate and assess AI-driven tools and platforms, stay current on market trends, and guide decision-making on AI adoption across the enterprise.\nEnsure security, compliance, and data integrity across all enterprise applications.\nAct as a key stakeholder in security and compliance reviews, including vendor risk assessments and AI governance.\nSupport Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) from a SaaS perspective, including documentation and participating in reviews and audits when required.\nProactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization across the SaaS ecosystem.\nLead cross-functional initiatives and serve as a central point of coordination between technical and non-technical teams.\nEstablish and maintain support, documentation, and governance processes to ensure reliability and scalability of enterprise platforms.\nCommunicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and drive initiatives independently from concept to execution.\nWe expect you to have: \n5+ years of experience in enterprise applications, SaaS portfolio management, or enterprise IT, with strong end-to-end ownership.\nDeep hands-on experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms such as Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, Miro, DocuSign, and similar tools.\nStrong understanding of the full SaaS lifecycle, including procurement, implementation, renewals, and decommissioning.\nExperience working closely with Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and SOX teams.\nSolid knowledge of AI tools and platforms, including how to assess, evaluate, and govern them from a security and compliance perspective.\nProven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing at scale.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and influence stakeholders.\nA proactive, initiative-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.\nKey employee benefits in the US:\nHealth insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.\n 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.\nParental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.\nRemote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.\nDisability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.\nPay Transparency\nWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
