Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nThe role \nAs a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and other critical IT infrastructure components that power next-generation AI workloads. In this high-impact role, you’ll coordinate engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams to deliver GPU clusters and critical IT infrastructure at hyperscale. You’ll work closely with infrastructure leadership to define strategy, manage risk, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches. You’ll play a key role in scaling our global infrastructure footprint across the United States market.\nTravel: This position may require on-site presence at data centers during key deployment phases.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nLead end-to-end delivery of new data center programs, from design through handover to operations.\nDefine and manage scope, schedule, and risks, maintaining focus on critical paths and proactive issue resolution.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans and measurable deliverables.\nOversee vendor and contractor execution, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.\nProvide structured program reporting, including dashboards, documentation, and executive updates.\nTechnical Scope & Expectations\nThis role requires hands-on experience with physical infrastructure delivery, not only software or coordination-based program management.\nYou should be comfortable working across multiple layers of infrastructure, including:\nData center environments: understanding of IT infrastructure readiness (power, cooling, space, and networking dependencies before hardware installation);\nCompute infrastructure: experience with large-scale server deployments (GPU-based systems are a strong plus);\nNetworking: familiarity with high-bandwidth fabrics (e.g., InfiniBand or equivalent), cabling, and integration dependencies;\nCommissioning & bring-up: exposure to system validation, burn-in testing, and readiness criteria before handover to operations.\nYou are not expected to be an engineer, but you should be able to:\nEngage in technical discussions confidently.\nIdentify risks related to infrastructure readiness and sequencing.\nChallenge assumptions and drive resolution across engineering teams.\nWe expect you to have: \n7+ years of experience in technical program or project management, with direct involvement in large-scale IT infrastructure deployments.\nSolid technical background in relevant domains, with the ability to engage deeply in technical discussions and challenge solutions where needed.\nProven ability to stay focused on critical paths and drive results in fast-paced, changing environments.\nCommunication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex topics clearly.\nLeadership by influence and example in cross-functional or matrixed teams.\nProficient with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana, hybrid Agile/Waterfall).\nIt will be an added bonusif you have: \nUnderstanding of construction projects structure and key risk factors in facility build-outs.\nKnowledge of HPC\nExperience in business processes design or automation tools development.\nPMP, PRINCE2, or similar industry certifications.\nKey Employee Benefits in the US:\nHealth Insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.\n 401(k) Plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.\nParental Leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.\nRemote Work Reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.\nDisability & Life Insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term, and life insurance coverage.\nCompensation\nWe offer competitive salaries ranging from $115K to $275K OTE, which includes base salary and performance bonus.
