You’ll partner directly with hiring managers across Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure and Engineering, owning end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers and first-line management roles that keep our data centers operational. This is a delivery-focused role with a high degree of ownership. You’ll manage recruitment campaigns across multiple countries, build talent pipelines for future site launches and work closely with stakeholders to ensure hiring keeps pace with our infrastructure growth.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nManage end-to-end recruitment across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and DC Management.\nDeliver hiring for technicians, engineers, operations and first-line management roles across the US market.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines to support future data center launches.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and labor market challenges.\nDrive candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and agency partnerships where appropriate.\nManage interview processes, offer negotiations and candidate experience from initial engagement through to onboarding.\nWork closely with Recruitment Coordinators and Talent Operations to ensure an efficient hiring process.\nProvide market insight to hiring managers on candidate availability, compensation and competitor activity.\nSupport regional hiring campaigns and workforce mobilization as new data centers come online.\nBuild long-term relationships within the data centre community and develop future talent pipelines.\nWe expect you to have:\n8+ year's experience recruiting within Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, Engineering or Telecommunications.\nExtensive experience managing multiple technical vacancies across different US regions or business areas.\nExcellent sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates.\nExtensive stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence when appropriate.\nExperience leveraging AI tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot, etc) to build agents that serve as a productivity enhancement.\nExcellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.\nA self starter with a high level of ownership and accountability.\nComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience using Greenhouse or a comparable Applicant Tracking System.\nWe’re looking for someone who enjoys delivering.
