Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nThe role\nWe are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to support strategic hyperscale customers using bare metal and GPU cloud AI infrastructure in Nebius data centers.\nThis role acts as the technical and operational interface between the customer/platform and Nebius infrastructure teams, ensuring reliable service delivery, SLAcompliance, and smooth operations of large-scale GPU clusters and bare metal environments.\nYou will coordinate across data center operations, network, hardware lifecycle, and infrastructure engineering teams to deliver world-class infrastructure services for large AI workloads.\nYour responsibilities will include: \nCustomer Infrastructure Ownership\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for the customer.\n\nManage operational relationship with hyperscale customers.\n\nCoordinate infrastructure lifecycle including provisioning, maintenance, and incident management.\n\nService Delivery & SLAManagement\nEnsure SLAand SLO compliance for infrastructure services.\n\nDrive incident management and root cause analysis.\n\nTrack service performance and operational metrics.\n\nData Center & Infrastructure Coordination\nWork closely with data center operations teams to manage hardware support and infrastructure maintenance.\n\nCoordinate bare metal deployments, replacements, and capacity expansion.\n\nAlign infrastructure operations with customer workload requirements.\n\nOperational Excellence\nEstablish operational processes for hyperscale infrastructure environments.\n\nLead service reviews and operational planning with internal and customer teams.\n\nImprove reliability, response times, and operational workflows.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with engineering, networking, and hardware lifecycle teams.\n\nSupport infrastructure scaling and new cluster deployments.\n\nParticipate in planning for large-scale AI compute infrastructure.\n\nWe expect you to have:\n5+ years in technical account management, service delivery, or infrastructure operations\n\nExperience working with hyperscale customers or large enterprise clients\n\nBackground in cloud, AI infrastructure, or data center operations\n\nUnderstanding of bare metal infrastructure\n\nExperience with data center environments\n\nFamiliarity with GPU clusters / AI workloads (preferred)\n\nKnowledge of networking, hardware lifecycle, and infrastructure monitoring\n\nStrong stakeholder management\n\nAbility to operate in high-scale infrastructure environments\n\nExcellent communication between technical and business teams\n\nIt will be an added bonus of you have: \nExperience working with hyperscale companies\n\nExperience supporting AI / ML infrastructure\n\nExperience with GPU clusters\n\nBenefits & Perks:\nCompetitive compensation\nCareer growth and learning opportunities\nFlexibility and ownership\nCollaborative and innovative culture\nOpportunity to work on impactful AI projects\nInternational environment and talented teams\nWhat's it like to work at Nebius:\nFast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI \nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nNebius is an equal opportunity employer.
