This role will collaborate closely with leaders and employees to support a high-performing, inclusive, and globally distributed workforce. The ideal candidate brings experience from fast-growing technology environments and is comfortable partnering with multicultural engineering teams across multiple regions.\nAs a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to align people strategies with business objectives. You will contribute to organizational design, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring that HR practices are equitable, compliant, and scalable.\nYour responsibilities will include: \nPartner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support growth, innovation, and team effectiveness\n\nProvide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives\n\nSupport managers in performance management, employee development, and feedback practices\n\nFoster an inclusive and engaging work environment across diverse, globally distributed teams\n\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts\n\nAnalyze people data and trends to inform decision-making and recommend improvements\n\nNavigate employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment\n\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and international employment laws and best practices\n\nWe expect you to have: \n5+ years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role\n\nBackground in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies\n\nExperience supporting engineering or technical teams across multiple geographic locations\n\nStrong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels\n\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural environments\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\nIt would be an added bonus if you have: \nFluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support communication with global teams\n\nKey employee benefits in the US:\nHealth insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.\n 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.\nParental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.\nRemote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.\nDisability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.\nPay Transparency\nWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
