As a Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting a public company environment by leading the analysis and documentation of complex accounting matters and ensuring high-quality, compliant financial reporting. \nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-evolving AI infrastructure business, where transactions span revenue contracts, large-scale infrastructure investments, strategic financing, and M&A activity. \nYour responsibilities will include: \nLead technical accounting analysis and documentation for complex and non-routine transactions, including: \nConsolidation under ASC 810, including variable interest entity (VIE) assessments, primary beneficiary determinations, and voting interest model analysis for joint ventures, special purpose entities, and other complex structures \n\nRevenue recognition under ASC 606 (multi-element arrangements, usage-based pricing, contract modifications) \n\nLease accounting under ASC 842 (data centers, equipment, build-to-suit arrangements) \n\nConstruction and capital projects (capitalization, impairment, interest capitalization) \n\nBusiness combinations and investments (purchase accounting, valuation coordination) \n\nDebt and equity financing transactions (convertible instruments, warrants, embedded features) \n\nPrepare and review technical accounting memos and position papers to support accounting conclusions \nSupport the preparation and review of SEC filings (20-F, 6-K), including footnotes and disclosures \nUtilize financial reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, Active Disclosure, Toppan Merrill Bridge) to prepare and manage SEC filings and ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting \nPartner closely with Legal, FP&A, Tax, and Operations to evaluate accounting implications of contracts and strategic initiatives \nMonitor and implement new accounting pronouncements and assess their impact on the company \nCollaborate with external auditors, including leading discussions on technical accounting positions \nSupport SOX compliance and enhance internal controls over financial reporting \nDrive improvements in financial reporting processes, documentation, and scalability \nAssist with ad hoc projects related to capital markets activity, M&A, and global expansion \nWe expect you to have: \nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred \n7 - 10 years of experience (Big 4 or national public accounting firm required; public company experience strongly preferred) \nDeep expertise in U.S. GAAP, with strong experience in ASC 606 and ASC 842 \nDemonstrated experience applying ASC 810 consolidation guidance, including VIE assessments, identification of variable interests, and primary beneficiary analysis \nExperience with complex transactions such as M&A, financing arrangements, and capital projects \nStrong experience with SEC reporting and financial statement disclosures \nHands-on experience with financial reporting tools such as Workiva, Active Disclosure, or Toppan Merrill Bridge \nExceptional technical writing skills, including preparation of accounting memos \nAbility to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders \nExperience in AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or high-growth technology companies \nIt will be an added bonus if you have: \nFamiliarity with large-scale infrastructure or hardware-intensive business models \nExperience with NetSuite ERP system \nExposure to international operations and multi-entity structures \nKey employee benefits in the US:\nHealth insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.\n 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.\nParental leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.\nRemote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.\nDisability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.\nPay Transparency\nWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
