Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.\nThe role\nAs a Technical Program Manager, you will own the delivery of a defined workstream within large-scale GPU and data center infrastructure deployment programs. In this role you’ll be responsible for tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring your workstream is delivered on time and at quality.\nThis is a hands-on role at the intersection of infrastructure, execution, and coordination, with strong exposure to real-world data center delivery.\nTravel: On-site presence at data centers will be required during key deployment phases.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nOwn delivery of a defined workstream within a larger data center or infrastructure program.\nTrack scope, schedule, and dependencies, escalating risks when needed.\nCoordinate with engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams.\nMaintain clear and structured reporting on progress, risks, and blockers.\nSupport vendor and contractor coordination within your scope.\nWork closely with the Senior TPM to align on priorities and execution approach.\nTechnical Scope & Expectations\nThis role requires exposure to physical infrastructure environments, not only software-based projects.\nYou should be comfortable working with or learning about:\n Data center environments: basic understanding of infrastructure readiness (power, cooling, space, networking dependencies).\nCompute infrastructure: knowledge about server and storage equipment.\nNetworking: cabling, connectivity, and integration dependencies.\nDeployment & bring-up: understanding how systems move from installation to operational readiness.\nYou are not expected to be an expert, but you should:\nBe willing to learn technical concepts quickly.\nUnderstand how different parts of infrastructure depend on each other.\nIdentify when something is not ready or at risk and escalate appropriately.\nCommunicate effectively with technical teams.\nWe expect you to have:\n2-5 years of experience in program management, operations, or technical coordination roles.\nAbility to organize work, track progress, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\ncommunication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.\nStructured thinking and attention to details.\nWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technical environment.\nIt will be an added bonus if you have\nExposure to data center, networking, or hardware-related projects,\nFamiliarity with program management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.),\nUnderstanding of cloud environments infrastructure,\nCertifications or coursework in program management.\n\n#LI-RK1\nBenefits & Perks:\nCompetitive compensation\nCareer growth and learning opportunities\nFlexibility and ownership\nCollaborative and innovative culture\nOpportunity to work on impactful AI projects\nInternational environment and talented teams\nWhat's it like to work at Nebius:\nFast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI \nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nNebius is an equal opportunity employer.
