Senior Mobile Developer (IOS Focus)

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Define mobile application architecture and propose scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct source code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices across projects.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
• Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the PM/SM.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Java) development.
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Architecture, Clean Architecture, SOLID Principles, and Design Patterns.
• Solid experience in source code review, refactoring, performance optimization, and coding best practices.
• Experience working on Japanese software development projects.
• Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring team members.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and mobile application deployment processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Flutter or React Native is a plus.
• Japanese language proficiency (N4 level or above) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
