organisation.\nThe team is tasked with delivering new projects driven by customer requirements, AI-backed enhancements and modernisation of existing applications and products, alongside general support and maintenance within an Agile Scrum methodology.\nThe ATL - Oracle APEX will be responsible for the design of modules and complex solutions, hands-on development, technical guidance, code quality and unit-testing oversight for modern Oracle APEX enterprise web applications.\nThis role requires deep expertise in Oracle APEX and supporting web technologies, including PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, ORDS and REST.\nThe role includes evaluating solution options, documenting technical decisions, guiding engineers during implementation and contributing to architectural discussions with the Solution Architect.\nQualification Criteria/Work Experience\nEssential:\n6 to 12 years of overall software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on Oracle APEX development and technical leadership experience.\nExtensive experience in Oracle APEX development on version 4 or above.\nAdvanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming skills, alongside strong knowledge of Oracle Database schemas, objects and data modelling.\nStrong understanding of application security, including Oracle APEX Authentication and Authorization, Session State Protection, secure coding practices and enterprise identity integration such as OAuth 2.0 or OpenID Connect.\nStrong front-end engineering experience including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and accessibility principles.\nProven ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable module or complex solution designs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership of complex technical issues through to conclusion.\nStrong capability in performance diagnosis and tuning using Oracle diagnostic tools such as Explain Plan and Trace.\nDemonstrated experience in design reviews, code reviews, implementation guidance and technical mentoring.\nExperience contributing to architectural decisions and escalating cross-product or
