Supported by more than 1300 exceptionally talented manpower, we are a hub for offshore support and technology services.\nWebsite - www.necsws.com\n Requisites :-\nEducation: Postgraduate or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Operations\nExperience (years): Graduate with 10 to 12 years of experience.\nLocation: Mumbai - Airoli, Bangalore, Pune\nWorking Hours: 8.5 hours / day (Australia Shift)\nRole Summary:\nThe individual will oversee the general accounting process in the NEC for all country units.\nQualification Criteria/Work Experience\nEssential:\nMust have proven experience in RTR process preferably in a shared service environment managing a team of executives ranging from entry to experienced individuals\n\nStrong attention to detail, organised and results orientated\n\nGood working knowledge of Finance processes\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nExposure to SAP Finance & relevant modules\n\nRTR process re-engineering and project management skills\n\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft office\n\nOverall Project/Task description\nBook closing, reporting, Intercompany reconciliation and fixed assets to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support for NEC country units from the point of transaction through to financial close and periodic external reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annually)\nManage and optimize the entire R2R cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.\nCoordinate and ensure timely completion of financial closing activities across entities\nValidate and authorize standard and complex journal entries posted by the team\nSupervise reconciliations and ensure resolution of discrepancies\nReview financial statements and provide insights for management reporting\nMaintain and improve SOPs for R2R processes to ensure consistency and efficiency\nEnsure preparation of management and regulatory reports, including the compilation of data for audit reviews and requests\nLead and coordinate closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.\nAssist the RTR tower lead for all accounting related activities\nHave strong analytical skills;
