This role will provide value to the company by supporting the activities of the team and being a liaison to Community Behavioral Health. Ridiculously passionate about the company’s success, growth, and program quality.\nThe candidate selected will be responsible for the following:\nData Entry\nSubmit all documentation in a timely, accurate, and complete manner\nUnderstand Medicaid requirements and billing process\nLearn and execute Necco’s core software applications\nCaseload Management & Productivity\nAssist with Clinical Intakes and ensure medical necessity is met\nAssist the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and need\nLearn to provide individual, family and group mental health services, as required\nAssist with completing accurate client records per regulations\nConsult with parents, school personnel or other treatment team members to address client’s diagnosis, progress and barriers as needed.\nCrisis Prevention/Risk Management\nLearning to conduct safety planning, as needed\nSubmit critical incidents or other risk-related concerns in a timely manner\nFurthering skills in therapeutic interventions in a trauma-informed way\nLearn how to conduct assessments for medical necessity\nLeadership and Development\nParticipate in clinical and/or billing supervision\nCollaborate with the treatment team and attend team meetings\nWorks on growth and development of the clinical program through community outreach and marketing\nIntern Specific\nDevelop a learning contract that marries the intern’s educational requirements with tasks and responsibilities of their position\nCreate an overarching internship project that benefits the intern as a learner and Necco\nCorporate Citizen:\nPractice ruthless pragmatism\nEngage in peer to peer feedback\nKnow and live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles\nEmbody the three essential virtues of humble, hungry and smart\nDrive your Evaluation Process\nAdhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure\nPosition Qualifications:\nMinimum of 21 Years of Age\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services-related field and currently enrolled in a Mental health graduate program (MSW, MS, Counseling)\nValid Driver’s License\nAuto Insurance 100/300/100\nTraining and Travel willingness\nExcellent organizational and technological skills\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nSuccessful completion of all required criminal background checks\nMust possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)\nMust have the ability to identify issues and willingness to discuss with appropriate teammates\nMust have the ability to enter timely and accurate data\nMust have the ability to adhere to scheduled and unplanned deadlines\nAt Necco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
