We're building the future of social commerce -- where community, conversation, and commerce converge.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the development of AI-powered capabilities across Nectar's platform. In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution behind features that leverage generative AI, automation, and data-driven decision systems to help brands manage social engagement, community, and creator relationships.\nYou'll work closely with engineering and leadership to build AI-native workflows that deliver measurable impact for customers while shaping how AI is embedded throughout our product experience.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOwn the end-to-end development of AI-powered product features from discovery and design through launch and iteration\n\nPartner closely with engineering teams to build and refine generative prompting systems, AI workflows, and model-powered features\n\nServe as the voice of the customer by conducting research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into product improvements\n\nDefine and track key performance metrics for AI-driven features such as automation impact, engagement outcomes, and accuracy\n\nIdentify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across social engagement, personalization, and operational workflows\n\nWrite product specifications, test features, and iterate quickly in a fast-moving startup environment\n\nStay informed on industry developments across AI, generative technologies, and social commerce\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of product management experience shipping successful software products\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience defining metrics and using data to guide product decisions\n\nExperience working with or strong interest in AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI or prompting workflows\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams\n\nProven ability to drive projects in fast-paced, high-ownership environments\n\nComfort operating in ambiguity and prioritizing effectively in early-stage product environments\n\nBonus Points\nExperience working at early-stage or high-growth startups\n\nBackground in social commerce, creator economy tools, or enterprise SaaS products\n\nFamiliarity with machine learning systems such as LLMs, embedding systems, or recommendation
