Product Owner / Team Lead (Mobile Access)

You have the ability to make clear choices in a complex stakeholder environment and explain them convincingly. You bring the communication and interpersonal skills needed to bring people along, while also challenging them when needed. You actively foster a feedback culture and create a safe environment where different perspectives, ideas, and opinions can be openly discussed.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• Product Owner / Project Lead experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / Project Lead in a similar environment.
• Leadership experience: You have experience leading or providing functional leadership to a multidisciplinary team. You know how to provide direction without taking ownership away from experienced professionals.
• Language skills: You have a strong command of English. Dutch is a plus.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Jira and PSPO certification(s) are a plus.

Good to know: You are available to work 32-38 hours per week. Hybrid working is common at Nedap, and you and your team decide together on your working hours to support a healthy work-life balance. You are expected to be on our campus in Groenlo at least twice a week.
