Experience with enterprise software is a plus.\nNiveau: The ability to work and think at a university level and independently guide a complex UX project, from research and design through to validation and evaluation.\nTools and methods: Experience with UX tools and research methods. Experience with journey-based approaches and service blueprints is a plus.\nHealthcare: An interest in healthcare and the motivation to explore the varied workflows of healthcare professionals.\nLanguages: A good command of Dutch for client contact and English for internal communication. You live in the Netherlands, enabling you to visit healthcare professionals on site.\nGood to know: you are available for 32-38 hours per week. Hybrid working is the norm at Nedap, and you and your team can coordinate your working hours to support a healthy work-life balance.
