Development & Governance\nDevelop and maintain Business Analysis frameworks, standards, methodologies and guidelines.\nDefine and continuously improve BA governance processes.\nEstablish and maintain quality assurance mechanisms for BA deliverables.\nFacilitate Practice reviews and maturity assessments.\nDrive consistent adoption of BA standards across the organisation.\nIdentify and introduce leading Business Analysis practices\nMethodology & Ways of Working\nEstablish standards for:Discovery\nRequirements management\nUser stories\nBusiness rules\nFeature definition\nAcceptance
