purpose\nThe TalentForge Tech Graduate Programme is a structured 24-month development programme that provides high-potential graduates with the opportunity to build the skills, experience and capabilities that they need to become future technology leaders, solution architects and distinguished engineers.\nParticipants will gain practical experience through a blended learning model that will expose them to strategic technology initiatives, mentorship, coaching, and rotational or specialist career tracks.\nProgramme model:\nStructured graduate development programme\nRotational or specialist career pathways\nBlended learning and development approach\nExposure to engineering, data, security and infrastructure practices\nCoaching, mentorship and leadership development opportunities\nKey responsibilities\nParticipate in assigned projects and technology initiatives.\nContribute to the delivery of innovative technology solutions.\nCollaborate with engineering, architecture, data and infrastructure teams.\nApply academic knowledge to solve business and technical challenges.\nBuild technical capability through structured learning and practical experience.\nParticipate in coaching, mentoring and development programmes.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and innovation activities.\nDeliver work to agreed standards, timelines and quality expectations.\nBuild relationships with key stakeholders across the business.\nContribute towards transformation and culture-building initiatives.\nMaintain professional standards and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.\nMinimum requirements\nExperience:\nRecent graduate or less than 24 months relevant work experience would be advantageous\nInternship or vacation work experience advantageous.\nEssential qualification level:\nA completed qualification at NQF 7 (bachelor’s degree) or above.\nQualification:\nMust have successfully completed a bachelor's degree (NQF Level 7) or higher one of the following fields:\nComputer Science\nInformation Technology\nInformation Systems\nData Science\nComputational and Applied Mathematics\nMathematics\nActuarial Science\nSoftware Engineering\nStatistics\nPhysics, Applied Physics, Mathematical Physics, Computational Physics, Quantum Physics or a closely related quantitative discipline\nAcademic
