supporting documentation for all reconciliations.\nMonth-End Close\nReview and post Accounts Payable invoices for assigned markets prior to posting.\nComplete month-end close activities for assigned markets.\nPrepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation.\nPerform balance sheet account reconciliations.\nEnsure all month-end deadlines are met accurately and on schedule.\nAssist with quarterly and year-end audit requests.\nAssist with sales tax, amusement tax, and other tax reporting and filing requirements.\nResearch and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.\nAssist with special projects and financial analyses as assigned.\nFinancial Reporting\nAssist CAO in preparing monthly financial reporting packages for assigned markets.\nAnalyze account activity and investigate significant variances.\nPrepare supporting schedules and reports as requested by supervisor.\nBudget Administration\nUpload annual budgets and periodic forecasts into the financial system.\nReview budget data for completeness and accuracy.\nAssist CAO with budget reporting and forecast updates as needed.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Operations, Ticketing, Settlements, and other internal departments to support assigned markets.\nRespond promptly and professionally to internal requests.\nSupport additional accounting responsibilities across multiple markets as business needs evolve.\nContribute to a collaborative, team-oriented accounting
