The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in distributed systems, large-scale data processing, cloud infrastructure, and engineering leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture : \n\n- Lead end-to-end architecture, system design, and development of scalable enterprise platforms.\n\n- Define technical solutions and drive architecture and design decisions.\n\n- Translate business and product requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.\n\n- Drive engineering best practices around performance, reliability, scalability, and observability.\n\n- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.\n\n- Mentor engineers and establish strong engineering practices.\n\nLarge-Scale Data Engineering & Processing : \n\n- Design and develop systems capable of handling large volumes of data.\n\n- Drive high-volume data processing and streaming architectures.\n\n- Work with Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and Big Data platforms.\n\n- Design efficient data ingestion, processing, storage, and retrieval mechanisms.\n\nCloud Architecture & Infrastructure : \n\n- Design and develop cloud-native applications using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Work with cloud services covering compute, storage, databases, networking, messaging, monitoring, and auto-scaling.\n\n- Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.\n\nSoftware Development & Engineering : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.\n\n- Design and develop microservices-based applications.\n\n- Work with Kafka and other messaging and streaming technologies.\n\n- Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.\n\nPerformance & Cost Optimization : \n\n- Identify and implement cost optimization strategies across cloud infrastructure and applications.\n\n- Optimize database performance, resource utilization, and application efficiency.\n\nRelease & Deployment Management : \n\n- Drive release planning and coordination across development, staging, and production environments.\n\n- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes.\n\nTeam Leadership & Collaboration : \n\n- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams.\n\n- Provide technical direction and guidance to engineers and technical leads.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.\n\n- Participate in technical hiring and team development.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- Strong experience in end-to-end architecture, system design, and distributed systems.\n\n- Polyglot technology experience -
