:\n\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Data Migration Lead to plan, execute, and govern end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations.\n\nThe role focuses on Logistics (MM, IM & EWM) data objects and requires close collaboration with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure accurate, complete, and timely migration of logistics data.\n\nThe role demands proven expertise in delivering end-to-end SAP data migration solutions, particularly for complex, large-scale transformation programs.\n\nCandidates with strong industry exposure across Manufacturing, CMT and Retail will be highly valued.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules like Material Management (IM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).\n\n- Define and own the data migration strategy, approach, and roadmap.\n\n- Identify, analyze, and validate Logistics data objects (Material master, BOM, PO, Stock, Serial numbers, Batch, storage bins, HUs).\n\n- Design and manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.\n\n- Work closely with Supply chain Logistics business stakeholders & master data team to validate data quality and reconciliation.\n\n- Coordinate mock conversions, test cycles, and cutover activities.\n\n- Develop and execute data reconciliation and validation reports.\n\n- Ensure compliance with SAP S/4HANA data model changes.\n\n- Manage data migration tools (ISU, LSMW, Migration Cockpit, or third-party tools).\n\n- Identify risks and dependencies propose mitigation strategies.\n\n- Lead and mentor data migration team members.\n\n- Support post-go-live stabilization and data issue resolution.\n\nProfessional & Technical Skills :\n\n- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong SCM Logistics functional knowledge.\n\n- 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA data migration experience (Logistics areas-focused).\n\n- Deep understanding of SAP Logistics MM/EWM master and transactional data.\n\n- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit / ISU / LSMW.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Logistics processes and S/4HANA Logistics architecture.\n\n- Experience in data reconciliation, validation, and controls.\n\n- Ability to work across functional, technical, and business teams.\n\n- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nUser Enablement & Post-Go-Live Support :\n\n- Create and conduct training sessions for Logistics stakeholders covering data validation, reconciliation procedures, and migration-related processes.\n\n- Provide advanced functional support during and after go-live, resolving issues related to reconciliations, and reporting.\n\nBusiness Process Optimization & Data Governance :\n\n- Evaluate existing Logistics data models and business processes to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.\n\n- Establish robust and scalable migration workflows that enhance data accuracy, reporting reliability, and compliance.\n\nCross-Functional & Cross-Module Integration :\n\n- Ensure smooth integration of migrated finance data with interconnected SAP modules including AA, SD, PM and
