Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project System (PS) expert to spearhead complex project management implementations and drive digital transformation for our global clientele.
In this leadership capacity, you will act as the primary bridge between business requirements and technical execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and executive leadership to ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other modules like CO, MM, and SD.
Your work will directly influence the operational efficiency of large-scale enterprises, enabling them to optimize project lifecycles, enhance financial transparency, and achieve superior business outcomes across diverse industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and deploy end-to-end SAP PS solutions that align with client-specific project structures, budgeting, and settlement processes to ensure financial accuracy.
- Lead complex implementation and migration projects by coordinating with global teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet stringent business timelines.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative SAP configurations that drive operational productivity and cost optimization.
- Mentor junior consultants and project teams by sharing technical expertise and best practices to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication of project milestones, risks, and technical roadmaps to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated mastery in SAP Project System configuration, including WBS structures, networks, project planning, budgeting, and progress tracking, backed by 12 to 13 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP transformations, showcasing deep functional knowledge of integration points with SAP FICO, MM, and SD modules.
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for senior management.
- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot critical system issues and provide robust, long-term solutions in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Educational background in Engineering, MBA, or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in business processes and systems thinking.
- High degree of adaptability to work in a distributed, PAN-India, or hybrid environment, maintaining consistent performance and collaboration across multiple locations.
