framework.\n\nKey Responsibilities & Core Governance\n\n Cloud ALM Strategy & Governance\nStrategy Definition: Formulate and execute a comprehensive Cloud ALM strategy aligned with SAP Activate methodology across all global rollout templates.\nGovernance Framework: Establish and enforce ALM governance standards across requirements gathering, business process hierarchy modeling, testing execution, defect management, deployment controls, and operations.\nSingle Accountability: Serve as the central point of contact and accountability for Cloud ALM adoption across global regions, system integrators, and project workstreams.\n Enterprise Toolchain Integration & Traceability\nToolchain Management: Architect and manage data flows across the integrated ALM toolchain, connecting SAP Cloud ALM with enterprise architecture, modeling, testing, and operational tools.\nEnd-to-End Lineage: Maintain complete vertical and horizontal traceability across the lifecycle: Business Scope → Process Design → Requirements/User Stories → Development Units → Test Cases → Defects → Transports/Deployments.\nIntegration Engineering: Design and implement robust integration and real-time data synchronization between SAP Cloud ALM and enterprise solutions, including:\nProcess Modeling: Signavio\nArchitecture & Capability Mapping: LeanIX\nWork Management & ITSM: Jira / ServiceNow\nTest Management: Tricentis, HP ALM, or equivalent\nDocumentation Systems: Confluence, SharePoint\n Solution Enablement & Fit-to-Standard Execution\nCloud ALM Configuration: Setup and configure SAP Cloud ALM for:\nBusiness process hierarchy structure and solution documentation\nRequirement, scope, and user story management\nTest planning, script execution, and defect tracking\nTask management and deployment tracking\nFit-to-Standard Governance: Enable and support Fit-to-Standard workshops using standard SAP Best Practices content and Cloud ALM pre-delivered scope elements.\nProgram Visibility: Design and maintain project scope baselines, milestone tracking, and real-time status dashboards for executive program leadership.\n Test Quality Management\nTest Strategy Formulation: Design and govern the program-wide testing framework (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing [SIT], User Acceptance Testing [UAT], and Regression Testing) inside SAP Cloud ALM.\nMulti-Regional Execution: Coordinate test execution across multi-regional teams, third-party system integrators, and varying time zones.\nQuality KPIs: Provide executive-level reporting on test coverage, defect burn-down rates, quality KPIs, and release readiness dashboards.\n Release, Deployment & Cutover Management\nRelease Orchestration: Oversee release planning, deployment tracking, and release governance using Cloud ALM.\nCI/CD & Transport Integration: Connect Cloud ALM with SAP Transport Management and modern CI/CD delivery pipelines where applicable.\nCutover Execution: Support cutover sequence planning, dependency mapping, and real-time deployment monitoring.\n Integration & Operations Readiness (Run / Hypercare Phase)\nMonitoring Setup: Configure operational monitoring within Cloud ALM, including:\nIntegration & Exception Monitoring\nBusiness Process Monitoring\nAutomated Job Monitoring\nOperational Transition: Lead the transition of ALM artifacts from the project phase to Hypercare and steady-state operations (Run phase).\nAlerting & KPIs: Establish operational KPIs, threshold alerts, and health monitoring for steady-state governance.\n Stakeholder Leadership & Vendor Coaching\nSubject Matter Expert (SME): Act as the lead SME for the Program Management Office (PMO), System Integrator partners, SAP, and regional business leaders.\nEnablement & Upskilling: Coach and upskill project team members, functional leads, and regional business units on Cloud ALM best practices and standardized tool usage.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\nSAP ALM & Program Expertise\n\n7–10+ years of hands-on SAP implementation experience within large-scale enterprise environments.\n3+ years direct experience configuring and leading SAP Cloud ALM (or SAP Solution Manager with a proven track record of Cloud ALM transition).\nStrong, practical knowledge of SAP Activate methodology across all project phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run).\nProven experience in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA global implementations.\n\nFunctional & Technical Knowledge\n\nSolid comprehension of core SAP S/4HANA business processes (e.g., Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics).\nHands-on familiarity with SAP Best Practices content and enterprise process models.\nWorking knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Tricentis, CBTA).\nFamiliarity with SAP integration technologies (SAP BTP, Cloud Integration / CPI) and SAP transport management concepts.\n\nLeadership & Soft Skills\n\nProven track record in stakeholder management within complex, multi-vendor, global environments.\nExcellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate across global teams, time zones, and diverse organizational cultures.\nHighly organized, structured, quality-focused, and proactive mindset.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (nice To Have)\n\nOfficial SAP Cloud ALM Certification.\nPrior experience in large-scale rollouts (multi-country, multi-template architectures).\nExposure to modern DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines within SAP enterprise landscapes.\nPrior experience in roles
