This role combines architecture, hands-on engineering, and mentoring responsibilities.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead design and architecture for scalable DevOps solutions across Kubernetes, CI/CD,and infrastructure automation\nBuild and manage secure,resilient, and high-performance infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Ansible\nOwn and enhance observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Splunk) to support SLO-driven operations\nDrive cost optimization, performance tuning, and security best practices across cloud infrastructure\nLead AI enablement initiatives using tools like Claude for codegeneration, automation, and developer productivity\nCollaborate with engineering teamson incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem culture\nInfluence system and application SLOs/SLIs in partnership with engineering stakeholders\nImplement GitOps and CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD\nMentor junior engineers and promote best practices across cloud engineering and automation domains\nSupport platformreliability through sustainable on-call practices and cross-team collaboration\nThis role needs a 2 hour overlap with the US team in Pacific Hours.
