As our Launch Manager, you'll be the engine behind every new market launch in the US, owning the end-to-end process from pre-opening readiness to the moment we open our doors. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, sweats the details, and knows how to rally a team around a shared deadline.\nThis isn't a behind-the-desk job. You'll have real ownership, real visibility, and the satisfaction of seeing something go from an empty space to a fully operational clinic, all because of the work you did. You'll help shape how we scale, influence the playbooks that outlast any single launch, and be a core part of a team that's genuinely changing how people access healthcare.\nWhat You'll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months\nSite Readiness & Pre-Launch Execution\nTravel to new clinic sites to conduct hands-on installation readiness assessments\n\nIdentify and resolve gaps before they become launch-day problems\n\nServe as the on-the-ground point person during the critical pre-opening window\n\nTechnology Setup & Testing\nOwn end-to-end tech setup at every new location: hardware, software, integrations\n\nLead comprehensive technology testing prior to external events, ensuring every system is live, stable, and ready for patients\n\nTroubleshoot issues in real time and coordinate with vendors and internal tech teams to resolve them fast\n\nInventory & Operational Readiness\nCoordinate delivery, receipt, and setup of all inventory, supplies, and equipment\n\nConfirm every location is fully stocked and operationally ready before opening day\n\nPartner with operations, procurement, and facilities teams to close gaps\n\nProcess Building & Scalability\nDevelop and continuously improve launch playbooks, trackers, and checklists that can scale with our growth\n\nDocument lessons learned after each launch and build them back into the process\n\nCreate the systems that make every future opening faster and smoother than the last\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nExperience in operations, project management, or a launch/opening role, ideally in healthcare, retail, or a multi-site environment\n\nExceptional organizational skills. You can manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping a ball\n\nStrong communicator who can translate complexity into clear action items for any audience\n\nA true can-do attitude: you find solutions, not excuses\n\nComfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists\n\nProficiency in project management tools and setting things up from scratch\n\nWillingness and ability to travel frequently.
