You will coordinate shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth warehouse operations.\nWorking closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, logistics partners, and warehouse personnel, you will help ensure materials are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time.\nYour Responsibilities\nIn this role, you will:\nCoordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments to ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered safely, accurately, and on time.\n\nPick, pack, label, and stage materials while ensuring all required shipping documentation is complete and accurate.\n\nSchedule carriers, manage dock activities, and process shipping transactions within the ERP system.\n\nGenerate shipping labels, export documentation, and maintain accurate records to support compliance and audits.\n\nCollaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve shortages and support efficient material flow.\n\nMaintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, documentation, storage, and material handling practices.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable shipping, hazardous materials, and workplace safety regulations.\n\nOperate material handling equipment and support a safe, organized, and continuously improving warehouse environment through 6S practices.\n\nThe above statements reflect the principal functions of the position and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent in the job.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have strong organizational and communication skills, are comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and take pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and on-time shipments.
