Being a kind, compassionate person who respects people’s personal choice, dignity, and privacy, we would be honoured to welcome you in our team.\nNellsar is committed to developing and training our staff in order to ensure high quality care is provided to our residents and the successful candidate will receive on-going training and development with opportunities for progression within the Company, including apprenticeships to new and existing staff.\nYou will have the opportunity to excel whilst:\nThe Activities Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:\nEnsuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.\nOrganising and planning weekly activity programmes (within allocated budget) reflecting residents’ preferences, & a written rota to be produced.
