Collaborates with segment accountants to ensure Accounts Payable transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCreate, review, and process invoices for payment\nSupport administration of the corporate credit card programs\nCollaborate with internal Accounts Payable teams to maintain accurate supplier records\nAssist associates with corporate credit card expenses and reporting\nCoordinate supplier communications related to purchase order processing\nReconcile general ledger accounts by researching and resolving discrepancies\nSupport the annual preparation of supplier Forms 1099\nIdentify and communicate solutions that improve processes\nDocument projects, report progress, and follow through to completion\n**Hourly pay range this for this position is - $23-$25\nEDUCATION: \nAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree; accounting-related field preferred\nEXPERIENCE:\nOne or more years of accounting experience preferred\nCOMPETENCIES:\nWorking knowledge of fundamental accounting principles\nProficiency with computers and workplace technology\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\nCustomer-focused approach when working with diverse stakeholders\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently and demonstrate initiative\nOur benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, generous earned time off, 401K/student loan repayment, life insurance & AD&D insurance, employee assistance program, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, performance-based incentive pay, short- and long-term disability, and a robust wellness program.
