You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address facility needs. Your role will involve supervising a team, responding to inquiries, and maintaining supplies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you interact with individuals across all levels of the organization and communityKey Responsibilities:\nSupervising and working alongside team members to complete projects and tasks.\nManaging the day-to-day operations and overall maintenance of the facilities.\nRespond to associate, vendors, or visitor inquiries in person, via email, and/or the internal ticketing program.\nCollaborate with other departments to identify and address facility needs.\nCommunicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, industry, and community.\nInteract with building vendors and teams to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the facility.\nCoordinate move requests and space planning.\nEnsure the office workspace remains clean, organized, professional, and safe for all.\nOrder and maintain products or services.
