You will be instrumental in our goal to automate and streamline our testing processes, reducing time-to-market for delivering product features to improve overall product reliability.This is a full time remote role in Bucharest.\nCompensation for this role starts at 245,000 ROM\n JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCollaborate with QA Architect to understand QA strategy and implement testing frameworks and automated tests.\nDevelop and maintain high-quality automation code for various types of testing (performance, security, integration, regression). \nCreate, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to validate the functional integrity and performance of software products.\nContribute to continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines, ensuring that automated tests are seamlessly integrated.\nWork alongside the development teams to build testable and high-quality code, participating in code reviews and design sessions.\nDiagnose issues and bugs, providing detailed input to development teams to ensure timely resolutions.\nAdvocate for testability during the software design and implementation phases, driving best practices in SDET and QA methodologies.\nUtilize cloud platforms for testing and leverage cloud-specific tools to enhance testing processes.\nParticipate in the creation and maintenance of test data and environments.\nProvide input for system performance, scalability, and reliability from a testing perspective.\nStay updated with the latest trends in software testing and engineering and share insights with the team for continuous improvement. \n QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in quality assurance with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. \nDemonstrated experience testing large-scale software systems. \nExpertise in automated testing tools and scripting languages. \nProficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools suitable for cloud applications. \nKnowledge of cloud security best practices and familiarity with compliance frameworks. \nFamiliarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. \nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate quality strategies to team members. \nExperience in performance and/or security testing is a plus. \nThis position is for an existing vacancy within our organization.\nOur benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, generous earned time off, 401K/student loan repayment, life insurance & AD&D insurance, employee assistance program, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, performance-based incentive pay, short- and long-term disability, and a robust wellness program.
