The company provides power generation solutions and works closely with EPC contractors, turbine suppliers, and end clients.\n---\nPurpose of the Role\nTo prepare, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities for HRSG installations and auxiliary systems, ensuring a safe, efficient, and successful handover of the plant to the client in accordance with contractual and technical specifications.\n---\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n· Assist in planning, preparing, and executing commissioning activities at project sites worldwide.\n· Follow up on commissioning and test plans (ITPs, pre-commissioning checklists, SAT procedures).\n· Coordinate activities across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, DCS/PLC).\n· Perform testing, measurements, and adjustments on HRSG systems, including:\no Steam/water circuits\no Burner and air supply systems\no Blowdown, feedwater, and condensate systems\no Instrumentation and control systems\n· Identify and report deviations and technical issues; propose corrective solutions.\n· Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with environmental regulations during commissioning.\n· Lead and instruct local teams, subcontractors, and operators during testing phases.\n· Prepare test reports, punch lists, and final commissioning documentation.\n· Support customer training and handover procedures.\n· Report to the Commissioning Manager / Project Manager.\n---\nJob Requirements\nEducation and Experience\n· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or Process Engineering.\n· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commissioning of power plants, HRSGs, steam systems, or industrial installations.\n· Solid knowledge of thermodynamics, process automation (DCS/PLC), instrumentation, and steam/water systems.\n· Experience with international projects and intercultural collaboration.\nSkills and Competencies\n· Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.\n· Excellent communication skills (fluent in English;
