We are growing our franchises and strengthening our capabilities.\n 12 hour Days shift - 6am - 6pm\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nFollow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE as required. \nRespond to alarms, identify, and troubleshoot issues. \nMaintain neat and orderly staging areas. \nMove inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, and handcart. \nMaintain proper documentation for materials, including batches, material changes, and material locations. \nMaintain tools and components needed to perform tasks per current Good Manufacturing Practices. \nAssist with physical inventory and perform cycle counts. \nStage resins and components to work orders and allocate materials to appropriate production areas. \nDaily cleaning for all Blender / Dryer filters. \nMaintain all Blenders / Dryers to ensure they remain full and working properly.\nComplete all needed paperwork in a timely manner, Lot changes, Job verifications, Material verification report, Two-hour check list, etc. \nComplete proper restocking of materials. \nPlan so material and color changes happen in a timely manner, according to production schedule. \nCommunicate potential shortages to Warehouse Leadership and Production.\nVerify back flushed materials are issued properly. \nControl and maintain scrap generated by production. \nPerform line clearances outside of the clean room. \nFill out inventory tags for restock of material after orders are complete. \nAssemble cartons and containers using appropriate hand tools. \nAssist with Package and seal molded and/or assembled product per company and customer specifications as needed. \nVerify labels and product stacked on skids per lot information and product specification. \nEnsure proper performance of equipment pertaining to resins and materials. \nClean and maintain auxiliary material handling systems and support equipment, including gaylords and grinders. \nMaintain housekeeping of material loading areas and airlock. \nSupport lean and continuous improvement initiatives. \nPlan so materials and color changes happen in a timely manner, according to production schedule. \nPerform Line clearances outside of the clean room. \nMaintain neat and orderly warehouse and staging areas, “5S”. \nMove inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including but not limited to forklift, pallet jack, and handcart. \nPackage, Label, and stack product on skids per Lot information and product specification. \nReport any out of line conditions, damaged equipment to Supervisor or Maintenance. \nRetrieve packing material from warehouse. \nSupport and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to Health and Safety Requirements, GMP and standard work procedures, Continuous Improvement & ISO Standards, \nOperate packaging equipment as required per product specifications and/or work instructions. \nComplete Packaging auxiliary equipment (TPM) Total Productive Maintenance activities as needed. \nFollow instructions as required per ID sheets and visuals. \nOther duties as assigned. \nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nStrong math, reading, and communication skills.\nCertified to operate fork truck, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.\nAble to frequently lift up to 55 lbs\nPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:\nExperience in inventory best practices preferred.\nComputer skills, including Microsoft Office applications required and SAP experience preferred\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nWorks in a clean manufacturing and warehouse environment that may include moderate noise levels\n Why Join Nemera?\nAt Nemera, we prioritize patients when creating drug delivery devices, understanding that accurate dosing and ergonomics are crucial for treatment adherence.
