We are growing our franchises and strengthening our capabilities.\n NIGHT SHIFT POSITION!\nPosition Purpose: A tutor is an employee who aids one or more people in certain subject areas or skills. Tutors are “on the job” trainers who transfer their knowledge and know-how to new employees on the production floor.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nWelcomes new production employees / temporary workers and introduce the work position and environment (e.g., production floor areas, colleagues, quality team, suppliers, etc.)\nManages Training Checklists for each new employee and works with Production Supervisor to assign Training Buddies. Utilizing the Training Checklist, first demonstrates how to successfully complete tasks to be performed during the shift, according to product specifications and operating\nShows and explains how to start-up, operate and shutdown the machines, and what to do in case of equipment malfunction and/or an accident\nIntroduces the documentation to be used at the workstation (e.g., Specifications and inspection Instructions, Lot Record Package, etc.) and ensure that it is properly followed and completed.\nProvide training on product quality, production of the different samples and visual checks and on Good Manufacturing\nPractices (e.g., traceability, identification, batch name, preparation, and clearance, …)\nPrevent accidents by explaining the risks at workstations (e.g., risks of pinching, cut, etc.) and standard response to safety concerns or incidents\nAssesses the new employee at the end of their induction using the Training Checklist, provides regular feedback and/or additional training, and monitors them over time\nShares best practices and challenges identified during tutoring with other Tutors, Production Supervisor, Technical Production Trainer, and Human Resources\nOther duties as assigned\n 1+ years of experience as an effective operator in Injection molding and/or assembly\nHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent required\nCompleted specific training provided by the Quality and EHS departments\nExtensive knowledge of safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)\nComplete knowledge of quality procedures and documentation applicable to production work posts\nAble to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.\nStand and walk 90% of shifts and from machines, buildings and/or clean rooms\nAbility to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, grab, and climb\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nWorks in a clean manufacturing and warehouse environment that may include moderate noise levels\n Why Join Nemera?\nAt Nemera, we prioritize patients when creating drug delivery devices, understanding that accurate dosing and ergonomics are crucial for treatment adherence.
