We are growing our franchises and strengthening our capabilities.\n Assists the Quality Lead and Operational Quality Manager in coordinating and executing objectives throughout the company in cooperation with other employees, to maximize product quality and operating system efficiency/effectiveness to minimize costs.\nSupport and comply with all policies of the company including but not limited to cGMP, ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements and Continuous Improvement as well as standard work procedures.\nRead and interpret part drawings, data, manuals, and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and setting procedures, adjustment and certification methods, formulas and measuring instruments required.\nAnalyze test data and make computations as necessary to determine test results.\nCollect or select samples for testing or for use as models.\nCompare colors, shapes, textures, or grades of products or materials with color charts, templates, or samples to verify conformance to standards.\nPerform lot documentation review and approval to ensure compliance to procedures and good documentation practices.\nReject products and materials, not meeting specifications.\nDiscuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.\nInspect test, or measure materials, products, and work for conformance to specifications.\nMark items with details such as grade and acceptance or rejection status.\nMeasure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers, force gages, CMM and optical gaging machines.\nWrite nonconformance, rework instruction and deviation reports.\nOther duties as assigned.\n Minimum 1 year of experience within the quality profession.\nAssociate degree preferred.\nAbility to use gauges, inspection fixtures, and leak testing equipment.\nAbility to use software productivity tools such as Statistical Process Control.\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs.\nAble to stand 75% of the shift.\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nPAY RANGE: $20.00 USD - $26.00 USD Hourly plus 10% Night Shift Differential (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
