As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated tests and processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability. You will work across various areas of the product and infrastructure to reduce manual testing efforts and accelerate test cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation scripts for features, workflows, and regression testing.
  • Implement, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Troubleshoot, optimise, and improve existing automated scripts and frameworks.
  • Ensure automated solutions align with business and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to improving the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of testing processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging automation technologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation or a similar automation engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and/or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of automated testing, regression testing, and test framework development.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Good understanding of software development and testing best practices.
